understand what anxiety is
Lesson 1 : Anxiety is not fear. There is a difference in between
  • He thinks fear is how people response to negative stimuli. A particular dangerous situation comes and you feel fearful. example : You see the bears, you escape from them. You see the cars looming toward you, you jump out of the way. This is a good alert for you to motivate to action.
    • Whereas, anxiety is a feeling that things does not feel right even things are not overtly bad. There are no particular events that trigger you to feel anxious but you simple think " something bad will happen to you" at the back of your mind. Then you lost apatite, cant sleep .....
    • the difference is the particularity.
